Kayla Fencl is an accomplished Student Affairs professional with years of experience in Residential Life, Conduct & Compliance, as well as Recruiting and Sales. She holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from the University of Washington and is currently pursuing an anticipated Master's of Education in Student Development Administration from Seattle University.
Throughout her career, Kayla has served as a Resident Director and Associate Hall Director at the University of Washington, where she was responsible for developing living and learning communities that fostered students' academic and personal growth. Additionally, she held positions as a Program Coordinator and Assistant in Conduct & Compliance, where she helped establish and enforce campus policies and regulations. Prior to her work in Student Affairs, Kayla also gained valuable experience in the private sector, working in recruiting and sales for both Amazon and Kids Club, as well as office coordination for Assurant Employee Benefits.
With her extensive background in Student Affairs and Recruiting/Sales, Kayla has developed a unique skillset that can benefit a wide array of organizations. She is passionate about helping students succeed and fostering inclusive communities, while also utilizing her abilities in project management, data analysis, and strategic planning.
