Thomas Stohr

Thomas Stohr is the co-founder and owner of swissbäkers inc., a Swiss bakery and catering business near Boston, Massachusetts.12 He established the company with his wife Helene in 2006, growing it from a home-based operation to a successful enterprise.23 Thomas has a background as a professional baker, having worked for Mövenpick in Canada and Landry's restaurants in the US before starting swissbäkers.2

In addition to his role at swissbäkers, Thomas is also the founder of TSAConsulting, a position he has held since 1998.1 Through this venture, he provides consulting and advisory services to companies and colleges in Europe and the USA.1

Thomas is multilingual, speaking German, English, French, Spanish, and Swiss.1 He and his family, including sons Tobias and Nicolas, have been actively involved in the growth and operation of swissbäkers.24 The business has expanded over the years, moving from their home kitchen to a train depot outlet in Reading, and later to a 14,000-square-foot café and commercial bakery in Allston.3
