Tom Weber

Thomas E. Weber is a journalist, author, and contributing editor at TIME magazine. He is currently writing a nonfiction book titled "Cloud Warriors" for St. Martin's Press, which explores the future of weather forecasting and its implications for safety, the economy, and social inequities.24
