Taylor Bickford

Taylor Bickford, MBA, PMP, is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in business, marketing, project management, and entrepreneurship. Graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Art History and Chinese Language and Cultural Studies from Wellesley College, Taylor quickly made an impact by leading the Customer Relationship Management department at Tracksmith, a running apparel company. She then ventured into marketing, spearheading the launch of the women's line. Taylor further honed her skills by pursuing a Masters in Management from London Business School, all while excelling in marathon running, even qualifying for the U.S. Olympic Trials. Post-business school, she founded a successful bakery startup focused on using whole grains and surplus produce to combat food waste and promote local producers, all inspired by her love for running. Currently, Taylor is part of the Professional Development Program at Unum in Portland, ME, where she serves as an internal business consultant focusing on driving operational effectiveness through transformative changes in the new change department.
