Diana Flores is the Vice President of Organizational Development at the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GDHCC), a position she has held since July 2014. In her role, she is responsible for assessing organizational needs and designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that align with the GDHCC's strategic goals. She collaborates closely with the Vice President of Economic Development to create entrepreneurship programs aimed at equipping business owners with essential management skills. Additionally, she serves as a staff liaison for the Board of Directors and the GDHCC's Public Policy Work Group, where she leads the development of the organization's Public Policy Agenda. Her efforts have contributed to securing over $8 million in grant funding since 2009.1
Flores has a strong background in community engagement and advocacy, having served as a Trustee of the Dallas County Community College District since 1996. She is particularly passionate about increasing access to education and believes in the transformative power of college education for families.1
