Tarik Begic

Tarik Begic is a seasoned HR professional with years of experience working for reputable organizations in the international development and humanitarian sectors. He studied Business Administration at The International University in Vienna and went on to obtain his MA in International Human Resource Management at the University of Westminster. Tarik’s extensive range of expertise includes recruitment, project coordination, and human resources for organizations such as British Red Cross, International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). He has worked in various roles including Senior Manager - Global Surge at British Red Cross, International HR Adviser at British Red Cross, and Recruitment Specialist (Consultant) at OSCE Mission in Kosovo. Over the years, he has demonstrated the ability to lead and manage teams, coordinate international projects, and provide strategic advice on HR matters.
