Libby Lewis is a process-enhancing expert with an insatiable curiosity and an inexhaustible supply of energy. With a Bachelor's degree in marketing from Miami University, she has accumulated a wealth of experience over the years. She started her career as an intern at Aldi Stores where she served as a district manager. Next, she joined the team at Frito-Lay as a district sales leader intern. Libby honed her skills as a human resources consultant and a national recruiting strategy associate manager for Allstate. At the Second City, she sharpened her improvisational techniques, and as a leadership development program participant at Allstate, she fine-tuned her leadership style.
