Was responsible for solidifying and evolving Fresh's brand voice and strategy in the North American market across all forms of print and digital content, plus managed and executed all paid media campaigns (both national and co-op). In addition, I oversaw and edited our junior copywriter’s work.

Wrote, edited and/or adapted all Global campaign copy to speak specifically to the North American consumer; tailoring specifically for each retailer as needed.

Managed, wrote and/or edited all copy for Fresh’s US site, including product, promotion, and customer service pages, plus all email marketing campaigns.

Managed and executed all paid media campaigns driving to fresh.com and retailers (Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Bluemercury) with content running on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok—plus display & affiliate.

Created/edited copy for Google ad campaigns.

Worked with Fresh Shops, Retailers & Visual Merchandising teams to adapt Global campaign copy for NA market (and create new copy as needed) for digital and in store placements.

Wrote and edited content for all Fresh North America PR mailings, events & education materials.
