Sydney Thomas is the CEO and Founder of Ocean SF, a sustainable sailing apparel brand established in 2018. Based in San Francisco, she has a diverse professional background that includes roles as a writer, educator, and executive coach. Ocean SF focuses on creating environmentally friendly sailing apparel and contributes a portion of its profits to ocean conservation initiatives, such as The Lonely Whale Foundation. The brand also emphasizes leadership development through its summer intern program.12
