Suren Dias is a driven and resourceful professional with a diverse background in strategy, software development, and international business. With roots both in the San Francisco Bay Area and Sri Lanka, Suren has developed a unique perspective on global workforce management and problem-solving. Suren has earned a High School Diploma from Alhambra High School, a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley, an Associate of Arts (AA) from Diablo Valley College, and has studied at Saint Mary's College of California.

Suren is a proud member of Avanka, where he has worked as a Software Engineer, Project Manager, and currently as a member of the Strategy team. He has also worked as a Research Fellow at Forward Change Consulting, a Library Assistant at the University of California, Berkeley, and as an International Student Tour Guide at Saint Mary's College.

Suren's expertise includes project design and management, data analysis and interpretation, and the development and implementation of enterprise software applications. He enjoys bridging global workforce divides and developing optimized solutions to broadly relevant problems.
