Steve Korver

Steve Korver is an accomplished freelance writer, editor, and translator based in Amsterdam. He currently serves as a Blog Editor and Copywriter at Augury, a role he has held since March 2021. His expertise spans various domains, including writing one-liners, ghostwriting, and journalism, with contributions to notable publications such as The New York Times, The Guardian, and Condé Nast Traveller.1

In addition to his work at Augury, Korver has a rich background in editing and writing for diverse projects. He was a founding editor of the award-winning online platform Love Matters and previously served as editor-in-chief of the Amsterdam Weekly. His professional experience includes working on international communication campaigns for major brands like Heineken and IKEA.12

Korver holds a BSc in Botany with a minor in English from the University of Toronto. He is also known for his creative endeavors outside of writing, having been involved in acting and voice-over work earlier in his career.1
