Steve Holub

Steve Holub, is an experienced professional who has dedicated over 18 years of his life to various fields of marketing, management and performance improvement. He holds a bachelor's degree in Communication and a master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado. He started his career at Precision Research, a healthcare research company where he handled various roles and was eventually promoted to Vice President. In his tenure, he oversaw market research, customer insight, branding, product development and launch, and was instrumental in increasing revenue by more than 50%.

For the past 6 years, Holub had been Managing Director at Improve Consulting and Coaching, where he worked with clients to improve their overall business performance, resulting in a significant increase in employee productivity, customer satisfaction, operational excellence and financial results. He is also an accomplished speaker, having delivered keynote speeches and training sessions to a range of audiences.

His expertise in marketing, branding, customer insight, coaching and development, leadership, and performance management sets him apart from his peers, enabling him to add value to his clients. Outside of work, Holub enjoys hiking and reading, and he is an advocate for mental health awareness.
