He boasts a strong record in a wide range of talent management activities including employer branding, leadership and succession planning, organizational development, culture-building, and performance and change management. As Linde's Head of Learning & Talent Management, APAC, Sebastian works closely with key stakeholders across the region to deliver timely and strategic talent management and OD solutions driving towards business objectives.
