Stephen Nalley

Stephen Nalley is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Inner Circle US, a full-service real estate investment company specializing in distressed hotel & resort assets.

He has vast experience in deal structuring, contract negotiation, due diligence, underwriting, capital raising, asset management, and property management with over $4.5 Billion worth of real estate transactions.

Before Inner Circle, Stephen was the Chief Operating Officer and Chairman of the Executive Committee at Ocean Waters, overseeing the management of a diverse real estate portfolio that generated over $1 Billion in value.

In the military, Stephen Nalley served in the United States Army, leading a Light Infantry Squad and receiving decorations for exceptional service.

Education-wise, Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Florida, an MBA and DBA from the University of Atlanta, and various certificates from prestigious institutions like Harvard Law School, Cornell University, and University of California, Berkeley, among others.

He is also a Certified Hotel Administrator through the American Hotel & Lodging Association, showcasing his expertise in hospitality management.

Currently, Stephen Nalley serves as the Managing Partner at Inner Circle Hotels, leveraging his extensive background in real estate investment and asset management.
