In my role as a Vistage Chair, I am dedicated to igniting transformational growth and instilling a success mindset in every member. I am forming a CEO peer advisory group in Huntsville, Alabama, where I facilitate monthly peer advisory group meetings and provide one-on-one CEO and executive coaching.

My mission is to create a supportive and trusting community for business leaders in the North Alabama region, helping them navigate challenges, achieve goals, and unlock their full potential. I believe in fostering an environment of honesty, respect, and mutual support, where every voice is heard and valued.

Building this CEO peer advisory group with Vistage, the world’s largest CEO coaching and peer advisory organization for small and midsize businesses, represents an incredible opportunity to transform the local business landscape. Contract CMO consultant to the CEO to fuel the company growth and shape the message to expand the market and sales channels.  Developed marketing strategy, campaigns, and engagement effort to broaden brand awareness, drive revenue growth and increase client retention.  Lead integration of new data and analytics platform.

Chief Marketing Officer | Consultant

Contract VP Marketing/CMO Consultant for a technology company that offers a suite of AI revenue cycle software to hospitals, reporting to the CEO. Facilitated a complete restructuring and reorganization of personnel; streamlined vendors, and set new business.  Revamped the marketing vision and strategy for the company and transformed the company’s digital image through rebranding and the creation of a new website.  Led the marketing team with a new product launch; assisted in the training and ramp-up of new, permanent CMO.
➤ Led AccuReg into digital marketing evolution introducing video marketing, email marketing at 26-32% open rates, social media marketing with growth of 150%, and utilization of optimized digital analytics.
➤ Created deeper partner relationships with AccuReg’s current client base through the creation of a client success stories campaign; gained client referrals sources for new business and speaking partnerships.

Contract Growth Consultant to CEO for a start-up spirits company.  Worked extensively with investors and VC firms; developed a comprehensive marketing vision and strategy for expanding the company’s footprint. Created annual budgets alongside the CEO.
➤ Increased the brand retail footprint by 150% in less than one year; created a company-branded podcast and personally retained an NFL superstar as the face and voice of the podcast.
➤ Drove company alignment to specific marketing goals after halting the misuse of the corporate brand.

Recruited by CMO to assist in the launch of the official social network and training partner of NFL players, School of the Legends (SOTL), a marketing arm of the NFLPA.  Worked with current and former NFL players capturing high-quality content for the online-based training network.  Recruited, hired and managed 10 marketing and design members.  SchooloftheLegends.com launched in September 2011 (inactive as of 2013).  
➤ Worked alongside the CMO, assisting with marketing strategy, creative direction, and managing team of 15 members in the planning, development, testing, and launch of an online social network for NFLPA. 
➤ Helped build brand design and marketing strategy from the ground up, as the first hire of the leadership team.
➤ Point of contact for NFL players, both in-office and at externally hosted SOTL events.
➤ Worked with vendors, managing many tight deadline projects simultaneously along with internal projects.

Provided hands-on support and guidance to a nationwide team of sales reps while managing and growing a dedicated base of existing major accounts.  Led the recruiting, hiring, and training the sales team; tracked and managed weekly sales forecasts.

Oversaw and led all marketing efforts. Accountable for growing community awareness of the facility that would result in increased interest, tours, and move-ins. Served as a spokesperson for the media, working closely with various local print media, television, and radio networks.  Led in-house tours and closings; helped leadership with the ongoing training of staff.
➤ Grew and maintained occupancy levels to 98-100% in 2 large private-pay assisted living facilities (from 86%).  Earned national recognition that led to traveling across the U.S. as the marketing trainer.
➤ Personally catapulted the company into consistent monthly media outlets, many times on the front page of the state newspapers, as well as televised news coverage.  
➤ Conceptualized, developed, and executed a high-quality daily activity program for residents that set the standard for all Alterra’s residences across Oklahoma.
