Siddh has been instrumental in achieving the lowest attrition rates and highest engagement and manager effectiveness in the field organization globally.

His strategic direction has consistently improved win-rates year over year, with the current win-rate exceeding 70% when solution engineers are involved.

He has been a driving force in transforming recruitment practices to attract top talent from underserved communities and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion by eliminating unconscious bias.
