Operating in complex matrix reporting structures across different geographies, Arka has collaborated closely with leaders from the US, UK, Australia, APAC regions, and overseen HR functions for various countries including India, Manila, and Guatemala.

Arka has demonstrated versatility in both hands-on operational roles and strategic leadership positions, managing large teams effectively.

His expertise extends to Change Management initiatives, where he led projects like the Balanced Score Card and Corporate Assessment Center as a Six Sigma Green Belt.
