Shreya's expertise spans across various areas, including sales, business development, category management, marketing, and inventory management, among others. Her professional background includes serving as a Senior Manager of Lifestyle at Flipkart, where she led the launch of new product categories and owned the business's profit and loss (P&L) statement. She has also worked as Assistant Manager of Business Development, where she directed vendor onboarding and sales and promotion planning.

In addition to her online retail work, Shreya has held various positions within the brick-and-mortar retail industry. She worked as the Store Manager at Infiniti Retail Limited, where she managed the operations of Croma a Tata Enterprise leading to store profitability.
