Possessing a Master's degree in counseling and certifications as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), Shelagh's expertise lies in program implementation and management.

As an accomplished mentor and facilitator, she has delivered presentations at national and local training sessions, covering a diverse range of topics.

With a background in Master of Arts in Guidance & Counseling from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Albion College, Shelagh also engages in initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
