Kelly Scott

Kelly Scott is a Campus Recruiter and Career Coach with a strong background in education and a passion for social media.

She holds a Master of Science in College Student Development and Counseling as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, both from Northeastern University.

Currently, she serves as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Program Manager in Campus Recruiting at Liberty Mutual Insurance.

Prior to this role, Kelly held various positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance, most notably as the Senior Campus Recruiter and Vice-Chair of Communication for Pride@Liberty.

Her previous experience includes roles as an Adjunct Faculty at Sawyer Business School at Suffolk University, Guest Lecturer at Society of Grownups, and Assistant Director of Career Development and Social Media Outreach at Northeastern University.
