At MediaCom, where she served as Insights Director and Cultural Advisor, Shannon was instrumental in shaping cultural insights that drive brand narratives. Her time at the Partnership for a Drug-Free America was equally impactful, where she progressed through various positions, ultimately leading teams in strategic planning and research.
Later, Shannon's entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish her own consultancy focused on brand strategy and research, which allowed her to combine her passion for qualitative insights with strategic consultative services. This endeavor paved the way to RALLY, a social impact agency where Shannon took on the role of Director of Research & Strategy, driving forward-thinking initiatives that help organizations address societal challenges through well-grounded research.
Currently, Shannon serves as Senior Director of Research Strategy at the Insights Association (IA), a prominent professional association that champions best practices, legislative advocacy, education, and certification in the insights and data analytics community. Here, your support for members and the community promotes inclusive research practices, thanks in part to her leadership in the IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Access) Council.
