Serena Tonus is an expert interdisciplinary team manager and coach with a strong background in design management, service design, product design, and qualitative field research. She's a graduate of several esteemed institutions, including Konstfack University, Akademie der Bildenden Kuenste Stuttgart, and Politecnico di Milano, where she received a Master's in European Design and Product Service System Design.
