Sean Heneghan is a senior executive at MongoDB, currently serving as the SVP for North America in the Enterprise Growth segment.4 He has had a progressive career at MongoDB since joining in August 2018.7
Initially, Heneghan held the position of Regional Vice President - Northcentral.17 In February 2022, he was promoted to AVP of the North Central region.5 Most recently, in February 2024, he assumed the role of SVP for North America in the Enterprise Growth segment, which he described as "a great honor" and an opportunity to impact more lives.4
Heneghan is based in the Greater Chicago Area and has been instrumental in building out and scaling MongoDB's North Central region.23 He has been actively involved in expanding MongoDB's sales team in Chicago, noting the company's significant growth with $800M in revenue and a $32B market cap as of November 2021.6
