Satyendu Naik is an experienced HR professional with about 18 years of expertise in all areas of human resource management. With a Master's Degree in Strategic Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and a background in IT and HR from the MET League of Colleges in Mumbai, Naik has worked in various roles throughout his career. He is a skilled HR policy developer, performance management expert, and compensation and benefits specialist. He has also excelled in areas such as employee engagement, learning & development, and talent acquisition. With his extensive experience in growing a US company's India establishment from 1 to 300+ employees across 5 cities, Naik aspires for senior/leadership roles in high-growth companies.
