Alexandra Krivogubets is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently, she is serving as the HR Head at Novartis. Throughout her career, she has showcased her expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policies. Alexandra is also known for implementing innovative HR practices that cultivate a collaborative and high-performing organizational culture.

Prior to her position at Novartis, Alexandra worked for several prominent pharmaceutical companies, including Sanofi and Pfizer. She earned her Master of Science degree in HR Management from the University of Manchester and later went on to complete her Executive HR Management Program from INSEAD Business School.
