Saru Jayaraman is a renowned leader in the fight for fair minimum wage and improved working conditions for the nearly 14 million restaurant workers in America. She is the President and co-founder of One Fair Wage, a campaign focused on achieving a full and fair minimum wage with tips as supplemental earnings, and the Director of the Food Labor Research Center at the University of California, Berkeley.
