Benjamin Leal

Ben Leal is a community development expert with years of experience in advocacy, public relations, and project management. He has made significant contributions to various philanthropic organizations, helping them meet their goals while staying true to their mission. Ben studied Political Science, Public Policy, and Urban Development at Texas Lutheran University and attended Strategic Perspectives Nonprofit Management at Harvard Business School Executive Education. Additionally, he participated in the Leadership Dallas program at the Dallas Regional Chamber and Leadership ISD. Ben has served as the President of The Addy Foundation, and his previous roles include President and CEO of Jubilee Park & Community Center, Development at a nonprofit organization in the Dallas area, and Senior Education and Public Affairs at a National Social Justice Law Firm.
