With a background in senior Learning & Development management and consulting roles, Sarah excels in leading global projects focused on coaching, resilience, and sales effectiveness.

Her academic achievements include a Distinction/First Class honours in Advanced Diploma in Selling & Sales Management from Dublin Business School, a current pursuit of MSc in Performance Psychology at Bangor University, and a Masters in Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology with top honors from University College Cork.

She conducted research on 'The experiences of Momentum & how to harness Momentum in GAA Football Inter-County players' during her Coaching Psychology MSc.

Sarah's current academic pursuit involves studying Performance Psychology at Bangor University, with a focus on building Psychological Resilience & Mental Toughness.

Having worked with prominent organizations like Facebook, Optus, Deloitte, and KPMG, Sarah brings a wealth of experience in enhancing organizational effectiveness, implementing business strategies, and driving behavior change through coaching and learning interventions.

In her roles at Facebook, Sarah served as a Senior Learning Partner & Coach specializing in Resilience, Coaching, and Sales Effectiveness and previously held the position of Sales Effectiveness Learning Manager/EMEA Lead.

Her diverse experience also includes positions such as Training Project Manager at Optus, Senior Management Consultant at Deloitte, Sales Effectiveness Learning & Development Specialist at eircom, and Learning and Development Coordinator at KPMG, among others.
