At HESTA, we invest in and for people who make our world better. With over 1 million members and $78bn in funds under management, we are the only fund dedicated to the Heath and Community Services. 

As CSO I am responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of integrated strategies aligned with the purpose and ambition of the Fund.  This includes leading the development of insights and business intelligence to inform business and product design processes, and sophisticated and commercially focused frameworks. I am also responsible for HESTA’s People and Culture, ensuring we have the right capability and environment to bring our strategy to life and achieve the best outcomes for our members.

As CGO I was responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of strategies to partner with the sector with clear outcomes for member and FUM growth. The growth team was also responsible for delivering competitive products and HESTA’s market-leading analytics capability.

Chief Growth Officer

As Head of Insights and Experience, myself and the team were responsible for helping HESTA members face the future with confidence. We developed HESTA’s market-leading analytics, research, experience management and human-centred design capabilities, helping our people move the dial on members' retirement readiness, which improved by 30% between 2015 and 2022.
