Mary Delahunty

Head of Impact at HESTA

Mary Delahunty is a dedicated professional with a passion for delivering results in the health and community services sector.

She is honored to serve as a local councillor, representing her community and friends.

As a Churchill Fellow awarded in 2015, Mary studied gender equity reforms in international pension systems.

Currently, Mary serves as the Head of Impact at HESTA, Australia's largest industry fund for health and community services, working towards better retirement outcomes.

Her educational background includes a Master's in Applied Finance from Kaplan University, GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and studies at the University of Melbourne.

Her past roles include positions such as Former Mayor at Glen Eira City Council, Board Member at ESTA, General Manager at HESTA, and Client Relationship Manager at Link Market Services.
