In this role, created and implemented a one-company vision for customer success. United C-suite leadership around unified metrics, accountability, and collaboration. I developed and integrated market plans to efficiently position the company brand within targeted markets. Identified strategic partnerships and gathered market information to gain a competitive advantage. Specialized in sales, marketing, account management, and customer support. 

Key Accomplishment: Grew company from 50K to 1M in revenue with less than 1% churn.

• Increased SMB account base from 3 to over 300.
• Successfully negotiated deals with SMB's, franchises, and large organizations.
• Tracked KPI's and suggested new product features to development team.
• Collaborated with development team in creating marketing material to drive sales.
• Built key relationships with Directors and C-suite contacts within Metro by T-Mobile corporate and authorized dealers
• Managed multiple regional pilot rollouts of Metro Rewards program for 650 Metro by T-Mobile retail locations, achieving over 60% customer adoption. Key Accomplishment: Pilots exceeded metrics needed for nationwide expansion of program
• Created and managed product implementation as well as software training and onboarding of Metro employees at each retail location
• Collaborated with engineering team to implement processes to scale customer success and support
• Created, implemented, and managed customer support SOP’s
• Created and managed automated marketing campaigns and customer journey touch points

Optimized schedulability in target markets to drive more repairs nationwide. Created and implemented new strategies to achieve objective. Refined nationwide network of iTechs (contracted repair technicians) to increase profitability and improve end-customer experience.

iCracked Inc.

Market Development Manager

Facilitated nationwide expansion of iTechs during a high growth period. Recruited and qualified individuals to join nationwide network of iTechs as contractors. Worked across departments to improve our sales and onboarding processes.

Key Accomplishments:
• Exceeded overall quota by closing over $500K in revenue, with an average deal size of $1500
• Key contributor to growth of technician network by over 300% in FY15/16 (1,300 to 5,400 technicians)
• Maintained #1 in sales each month while achieving or exceeding monthly quotas
• Helped our team hit record sales 3 months in a row
• Implemented new inbound & outbound sales processes

Account Executive

Advocated for public policy and worked on new ways to increase fund raising. I attended multiple City Council meetings with CEO to hear the Mayor's plan to fix pension problems. Called on City Council members to help raise funds.
