Sabrina Birner

Sabrina Birner, an experienced agribusiness professional, currently serves as a core team member of the International Finance Corporation's (IFC) Crop Production Platform, where she specializes in climate-smart farming in smallholder supply chains. With extensive experience in program design, project coordination, corporate strategy, and mentoring, Birner has worked in various countries such as Burkina Faso, Cote d'Ivoire, India, Kenya, and Thailand. She has previously worked with the World Bank, UNEP, PwC, and the International Institute for Energy Conservation, honing her expertise in erosion management, commodity markets, water footprint, energy efficiency, and ecosystem services. Birner's skills in written and oral communication, analysis, strategy, and facilitation. She completed her studies in computer science from Brown University and earned an MS in physics from MIT Media Lab.
