Alain Rothstein

Alain Rothstein, a seasoned business investor with a proven history of building companies for long-term growth, has an impressive background in business management and corporate strategy. He has held board positions at multiple companies including X2F, Modumetal, Optivolt, and Zdaly, and has had a hand in overseeing acquisitions such as CaseStack by Hub Group, Bomoda Group by Weber Shandwick, and Rayne Water by Culligan Water Technologies.
