Rytis Jakubauskas

Rytis Jakubauskas is a seasoned Founder and CxO with approximately 13 years of experience in technology companies, specializing in electric mobility and logistics with a focus on SaaS and AI technologies.

As the Managing Director at Comgy, Rytis leads initiatives to assist Europe's largest real estate firms in automating their ESG reporting, optimizing decarbonization efforts, and fulfilling regulatory requirements.

Previously, as the CEO & Founder of Palmo, he spearheaded efforts to revolutionize urban parcel delivery by developing an AI-centric delivery management system tailored for electric courier and parcel fleets.

His background includes leadership roles at prominent companies like Zoomo, where he managed the German operations of the leading b2b ebike provider for businesses such as DoorDash, Flink, and UberEats.

Before Zoomo, Rytis gained experience in sustainable transport by scaling ride-hailing applications and designing light electric vehicles at Danish companies Drivr & Spiri, operating across multiple European cities.

In addition to his work in sustainable transport, Rytis founded a SaaS martech business called Latana, overseeing its transformation into a scalable solution with a multi-million ARR, serving clients like Revolut, Headspace, and Duolingo.

Prior to his extensive involvement in fast-growing tech ventures, Rytis honed his commercial acumen during five years in various roles at Siemens.

Rytis enriched his academic background by pursuing degrees in Organisational Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Copenhagen Business School, International Business from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University, and Finance from Chung-Ang University.

He has also studied at Universitas Udayana, showcasing a commitment to continuous learning and diverse educational experiences.
