Richard von Oldershausen

Richard von Oldershausen is a highly accomplished professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in the energy and electric mobility sectors.

He holds a degree in Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur from Technische Universität Berlin, a Pre-Diploma from Heidelberg University, and has also studied at KTH Royal Institute of Technology.

Richard currently serves as the Head of Facilities Operations at Gigafactory Berlin for Tesla, where he oversees the operational aspects of the facility.

Previously, he held several key positions at Tesla, including Head of Business Operations - EMEA for Tesla Energy, Head of Installation Operations - EMEA for Tesla Energy, and Senior Project Manager for Charging Installations in the EV Infrastructure division.

Before his time at Tesla, Richard worked at Vattenfall, where he was involved in various roles such as Project Manager for Electric Mobility, Strategic Analyst focusing on Market Strategy & Business Development, and as part of the International Management Trainee Programme.

His professional journey also includes a role as a Project Manager for New Technologies at RWE AG, where he worked on his Diploma Thesis.
