Rich Voorberg is the President of Siemens Energy North America, leading the charge in decarbonizing and securing the energy system in the region. With a strong background in power generation, service, manufacturing, project management, and fostering big ideas, Rich is a hands-on, results-driven leader.

His passion lies in aligning employees, customers, and partners towards the common goal of driving the energy transition. He believes in harnessing the power of diversity as a business imperative that empowers individuals and strengthens the organization.

Rich Voorberg holds an Executive MBA (Honors) from ESMT Berlin and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo. His diverse experience spans across various leadership roles within Siemens Energy, including overseeing Generation Services, Service Global Operations, and Director-level positions in major projects and service divisions.

Apart from his professional endeavors, Rich enjoys running, biking, swimming, and spending quality time with his wife and four children.
