He is the former CEO and Chief Leadership Officer at TRI Leadership Resources and a former Senior Administrator at the Oregon CTE Student Leadership Foundation. He has also served as an executive director, senior director, and consultant in several organizations such as SkillsUSA Oregon, Illuminate India, Dell, and The Aspen Institute.
