Robin James is an experienced Senior HR professional with extensive staff and operational management experience. She holds a SPHR - HRCI certification and has worked with multiple well-known companies in various roles. With approximately 10 years of experience at Oakland Ballet Company and four years at Beach Blanket Babylon as an Operations Director and Assistant General Manager, respectively, Robin has honed her expertise in HR, operational expense and production management. She has also worked as a Conference Manager at Western Arts Alliance, where she planned logistics for board meetings and annual conferences for western US performing artists, agents, and presenting organizations.
In addition to this, Robin has served as the Director of Human Resources at XUMA, TAG Aviation USA, and Direction Human Resources at Mills College. She has also worked as an HR Manager at LEVEL Studios and MTC, where she oversaw the coordination and funding of transportation initiatives throughout the San Francisco/Oakland Bay Area.
