Robert Wuhrman
Robert Wuhrman is the Director of the Shared Services Policy Implementation Office in the Office of Government-Wide Policy at GSA.1 He leads a team that engages with Federal agencies and industry to advance decision-making on priorities, planning, policy, and best practices for agency modernization through shared solutions and services.1
Wuhrman's responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with Quality Service Management Offices and the Shared Services Governance Board
- Publishing the Federal government's Modernization Framework (M3)
- Advancing a government-wide program for agency participation in Federal-wide mission-support business and data standards
Prior to his role at GSA, Wuhrman served for 6 years, ultimately as Chief Information Officer, managing a technology portfolio for a small agency with 600 personnel across 45 offices.1 He also spent 10 years at the American Institutes for Research, where he designed and deployed shared data platforms and public-facing digital services for various health communications priorities across HHS components.1
Wuhrman holds a bachelor's degree in management, cum laude, from Harvard University Extension School and is currently completing his Master's degree in the same field.1
