Joseph Castle is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in technology, government, education, and business.

He holds a Master of Science (MS) in Management Information Systems (MIS) from The George Washington University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Mount Saint Mary's College, a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business from Mount Saint Mary's College, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Public Administration and Public Affairs from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Joseph Castle has held key roles in various prestigious organizations, including being the Director of Code.gov at GSA, Director of GSA Digital Service at GSA, IT Policy Analyst at the Executive Office of the President, The White House, and IT Program Manager and Project Manager at U.S. General Services Administration.

His experience also extends to the academic field, where he served as a Professorial Lecturer at The George Washington University. In addition, he has a background in real estate as a Realtor/Team Lead at Castle & Castle, LLC.

Prior to his civilian career, Joseph Castle served as a Cannon Crew Member - 13B in the U.S. Army's 10th Mountain Division.
