Richard Gannon

Richard Gannon is an accomplished leader with extensive expertise in financial markets and investments. With 20+ years of experience in investment banking with Macquarie Bank and Deutsche Bank, he has completed numerous multi-stakeholder projects worth US$50 billion across various countries. His strategic advisory expertise has benefited renowned companies such as Rio Tinto, Glencore, Vedanta, and Lundin. Richard holds an Advanced Management Program from INSEAD, Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a B.Comm. – LLB Honours from The University of Western Australia.

Currently, Richard serves as a Managing Director at a private investment consortia in natural resources, advising entertainment and media, tech start-ups, and conservation groups, respectively. Apart from that, he also contributes to podcasts and hosts occasional music festivals. As a learner, he has completed courses and programmes from Singularity University, Elevation Barn, edX, Udacity, and Prof. Scott Galloway's digital strategy and brand strategy courses from NYU.
