Howard Kahn

Howard Kahn is a highly experienced and accomplished Founder & CEO of Pivot Point, a top-tier investment banking, and management consulting firm. With over 20 years of management consulting and transactional experience, Howard has advised C-level executives in entertainment, sports, media, direct marketing, retail, and manufacturing-related businesses. He has worked with private equity and strategic entities in acquisitions of 45 businesses, ranging in size from $30MM to $330MM, amounting to $1 billion. Back in 2001, he started his consulting business that has delivered capital, creative business solutions, and executed the sale or acquisition of numerous businesses ever since.

Before commencing his entrepreneurial journey, Howard went through an academic grind at Binghamton University and got a Bachelor's degree in Political Science & Business Management. Then, he went on to pursue an MBA in Marketing & Operations Research at Hofstra University's Frank G. Zarb School of Business.

Howard has an impressive background that includes highly regarded leadership positions, including Senior Vice President & General Manager at Cendant, Vice President, U.S. Sales at LIVENT, and Vice President, Sales at The Madison Square Garden Company. He was also the President at Howard Kahn & Associates and Vice President at Astroland.

Additionally, Howard was a board member of the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA), and he received their annual service award for his valuable services to the industry. His groundbreaking performance didn't end here, as he held a keynote speaker position at the annual conference of the American Amusement Machine Association (AAMA), discussing how institutional capital has been involved in almost all aspects of the amusement industry.
