Richard Dobrow

Richard Dobrow is a seasoned global business executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of diverse business experience.

Starting his career in Audit and Enterprise Risk Management at Coopers & Lybrand, Price Waterhouse, and Arthur Andersen, specializing in financial services market, he then ventured into entrepreneurship with the successful sale of his first venture, Guarded Networks, Inc (GNI), a leading managed security service provider (MSSP).

He later excelled as the CEO, President, COO, and CISO at Perimeter E-Security, where he led the company through an impressive growth phase, culminating in its successful acquisition by investors led by Goldman Sachs and Bessemer Venture Partners.

Throughout his career, Mr. Dobrow has overseen capital raises exceeding $100 million, managed organizations from inception to $250 million in exit valuations, and established operations and joint ventures in 10 countries, serving clients in over 40 nations.

His areas of expertise include startup ventures, risk management, CISA, CPA, foreign operations, Asia markets (China, Taiwan, Philippines, India), call center management, customer support, data center operations, information security, regulatory compliance, and cloud strategy.

Educationally, he holds a Master's Certification in Internal Audit from The Institute of Internal Auditors, a Master of Accounting in Accounting and Internal Audit, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Decision Sciences from Florida International University.
