Luciano Duque's expertise also includes the startup and structuring of a US Broker-Dealer, advising investment funds, and navigating regulatory frameworks such as Reg A, Reg D, and Reg S.

He possesses extensive networks within US and international Broker-Dealers, family/multifamily offices, and fund allocators, demonstrating effective interactions with issuers and investors globally.
