Ricardo Henriques is the CEO of Bionova Capital, a healthcare-focused venture capital firm investing in early-stage life science companies. He is a Harvard and MIT-educated scientist with experience in Venture Capital, Drug Development, Licensing, Business Development, and Market Analysis. Ricardo's professional background includes roles as an International Business Analyst at BIAL, an Investment Manager at Portugal Ventures, and various board memberships and investor positions in companies like Adapttech, CellmAbs, and Delox. His Ph.D. work at Harvard Medical School led to groundbreaking research on miR-200c target genes in cancer.
