Rhodes Perry is an accomplished LGBTQ+ thought leader, social entrepreneur, and best-selling author with over 20 years of experience in leadership roles. He is currently the CEO of Rhodes Perry Consulting, a firm dedicated to fostering psychological safety, trust, and belonging in workplaces. His expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) has made him a sought-after keynote speaker, with his work featured in prominent media outlets such as Forbes and The Wall Street Journal.

Perry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Gender Studies from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Public Administration from New York University. He has held significant positions in various organizations, including the White House, the Department of Justice, and PFLAG National.
