With a background in New Media & Digital Culture, Renée has evolved into an innovative and structured manager with strong organizational skills.

Currently serving as the People and Culture Lead at Aimforthemoon, a corporate innovation studio, Renée plays a vital role in creating impact with teams of entrepreneurs and corporate innovators.

Her work involves fostering a community of ambitious individuals, matching corporate startup teams, and enabling them to build impact-driven businesses.

Renée has an extensive educational background, including studies at the University of Utrecht and Hogeschool van Amsterdam, focusing on new media, digital culture, interactive media, and content creation.

With past roles as the Managing Director Netherlands and Senior Sales Manager at rent24 GmbH, as well as various positions at StartupAmsterdam and MakerLab NL, Renée has a wealth of experience in community building, project management, and international relations.
