Jack Cohen

Jack Cohen is the Vice President of Content & Engagement at General Catalyst, a prominent venture capital firm. He has an extensive background in marketing and community engagement, having previously served as the Head of Community at Blue Apron, where he played a crucial role in scaling the company from regional operations to a national presence, ultimately leading to its IPO. He significantly increased Blue Apron's online following by leveraging innovative social media strategies.1

Before joining General Catalyst, Cohen worked at FirstMark, where he developed "Guilds," a community and resource platform for CXOs, which grew to include over 1,500 leaders from more than 700 tech companies. His focus has been on creating impactful communities and engaging content to support startup leaders.12

Cohen holds a degree from Colby College and has received several accolades for his photography, including the Groton Photography Prize and recognition in various contests.2 In his personal time, he enjoys photography, fishing, tennis, and mentoring youth in underserved neighborhoods.1
