Regina Green

Regina Green, [GMD], serves as the Head of Launch With GS at Goldman Sachs, focusing on investment strategies aimed at leveraging diverse teams for strong results.

Launch With GS, under Regina's leadership, seeks to enhance access to capital and foster connections for women, Black, Latinx, and other underrepresented entrepreneurs and investors on a global scale.

The initiative invests in growth stage tech-enabled companies and investment managers, supporting the venture ecosystem and broadening the array of investment opportunities.

Regina Green holds an MBA from Columbia University's Columbia Business School and a BA from New York University.

Her professional journey includes various roles at Goldman Sachs, progressing from Analyst to Vice President across divisions such as Management & Strategy, Global Interest Rate Products, Conflicts Resolution Group, and Business Selection.

Prior to her tenure at Goldman Sachs, Regina gained experience as an Intern at the New York State Comptroller's Office and as a Fundraising Intern and Campaign Volunteer at Friends Of Hillary.
