Tony Rimac is a senior-level finance executive with over 30 years of broad operating experience across small start-up and large pharmaceutical and medical devices companies. He has led finance teams of up to 20 professionals and raised over $450M in public and private equity and debt capital and partnership financing to support the development of lead therapeutic and device candidates.

Rimac has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Economics - Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and studied M.B.A., Finance at Santa Clara University. He has worked for companies such as ESCAPE Bio, Chrono Therapeutics, ALDEA Pharmaceuticals, Adamas Pharmaceuticals, Aerovance Inc., Artemis Medical, Aradigm Corporation, Recology, Greene Nakahara & Lew, and Jones & Marzluft.

Rimac's expertise includes managing multiple corporate and administrative functional departments, developing and implementing infrastructure to move development stage enterprises to commercially focused organizations, and financial planning and analysis. He is an experienced Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance.
